Met Or Had Any Interaction Term Paper

FROM PERSONAL ENCOUNTERS; b. FROM SCHOOL; c. FROM PARENTS, CHILDREN, or OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS; d. FROM FRIENDS or WORD of MOUTH; e. FROM the MEDIA (TELEVISION, RADIO, or PRINT) 13. Please offer up your comments and concerns about our program. What do you feel we need to do to improve community safety and well-being?

14. How old are you?

15. What is your gender?

This community satisfaction questionnaire will be issued as a pretest over the telephone anonymously to a small number of people who are randomly selected from a database of residents living within our jurisdiction. No more than 40-50 responses will be necessary for the pretest. Responses to the pretest will indicate any weaknesses in the questions...

Alternatively, the pretest may be administered to criminal justice professionals in order to better reveal weaknesses in the survey instrument.
The instrument is designed for easy coding; the first four questions involve yes/no responses. The following eight questions involve weighted responses. One open-ended question allows for more nuanced responses, and the final two questions determine the demographics of the participants.

After the pretest we will administer the survey throughout the community again by telephone but also via the Internet. We will place advertisements in local newspapers that point to a website where community members can register and take the survey anonymously.
